We believe that in order to work with top resources, one needs to pay good rates and get great projects. Our model is not unique, we're looking to sell small teams to clients to assist with ERP implementations, upgrades, and support. When the need arises for additional people, we turn to our network in the PeopleSoft/SAP world to find additional resources qualified and willing to work on the project. Those individuals would work for us as third party subcontractors, and we would bill the client directly for their services.


By working with experienced, highly qualified resources, we expect to bill competitive rates and pass most of that rate back to the independent. We believe that smaller profit margins will translate into a more stable and profitable business. By working with good people who do great work, we expect to sell more consulting and keep those quality resources engaged longer. If we can offer quality projects with top pay, we hope to create lasting relationships with independents who will want to work with us again and again.
